Description
Church of the Good Shepherd on Lake Tekapo in the spring with the dramatic clouds in the background adding to the breathtakingly colorful scene. Constructed in 1935, it was the first church built in the Mackenzie Basin and was designed by Christchurch architect R.S.D. Harman, based on sketches by a local artist, Esther Hope.
